Earth Hour 2008
Well that time has come once again, most people around the world will not remember this event, as it was mainly an Australian Initiative. Here’s the deal for people that haven’t heard about it; you turn off your lights in the house for 1 hour.. simple really! On the east coast of Australia the time is conveniently 8pm on Saturday, 28th of March. I am unsure whether these times are consistent throughout the world. Here’s the link to sign up, http://www.earthhour.org/user/E8FR so far I have had 2 of my friends sign up from that link. The more people I get the bigger that map will grow. I don’t gain anything from people signing up, just the warm feeling that I’m helping the environment. Oh and after you sign up, you get a link too, so you wont have to pass mine around, just give yours to your friends and they should also be connected to me (I hope). I am a major supporter of this and will put up a banner soon.
Thanks To All.
By the way, I am thinking of putting some Ad Sense Google Advertisements on this site to earn some money, I’m rather low on cash at the moment and need money to buy games, see movies and buy new hardware. I am also hoping when I hit the 2500 hits mark I will open up a domain. What is your opinion on these ads? What harm can it do just to click them? Comment this thread with your opinions.

New TV
As I have mentioned in a previous post, I would soon be receiving a new High Definition LCD TV. To my surprise as I arrived home today, I was greeted with a letter on the bench stating that I had received a new TV. Weird, I thought, I then looked at the various catalogues scattered across the table. After that, I entered my room, and there it was. THE BOX! So I opened it, got tried to sit it vertically, I had to force it straight. So now my (to my surprise) 1080p, 19″ LCD screen is set up, connected to my Xbox. Although to my disappointment, I expected there to be a digital tuner built into the tv, but there wasn’t.
